Bring every managed practice onto one platform, with the same compliance standard and the same predictable cost structure, regardless of how many locations you oversee.
Management services organizations overseeing multi-specialty groups, dental service organizations, and physician practice networks use Softlinx to standardize fax service across locations that previously ran on different vendors and different rules.
Administer fax service for every managed practice from a single portal, instead of juggling separate vendor accounts.
Every location follows the same HIPAA-compliant standard, reducing the compliance risk of inconsistent practice-level vendors.
Add new practices to your management portfolio without renegotiating fax contracts for each individual location.
Barcode-based routing sends incoming faxes to the correct practice and department automatically, cutting manual handling.
Get visibility across every managed location from one reporting view, instead of collecting updates practice by practice.
Work with a support team that understands multi-location management, not a generic help desk unfamiliar with your structure.
Cloud fax solutions for MSO operations need to handle growth without adding administrative burden every time a new practice joins the network. Softlinx was designed around that reality, so onboarding another location takes configuration, not a completely new vendor relationship.
Add a newly acquired or managed practice to your existing account in days, not through a separate procurement process.
Control who sees what across departments and locations, keeping sensitive documents visible only to the right staff.
Consolidate billing across every managed practice into one predictable invoice instead of dozens of separate vendor bills.
Letting each practice manage its own fax vendor creates inconsistent compliance and unpredictable costs across your portfolio. MSOs that centralize on Softlinx remove that variability entirely. Our workflow automation keeps documents routed correctly across every location, without relying on manual processes at the practice level.
See how a centralized fax platform simplifies compliance and cost management across a multi-practice portfolio. Book a walkthrough built around your structure.

ReplixFax for Government
Overall: Easy, no hassle, good product as a service. Pros: Customer support [sensitive content hidden] is my go to guy. Always able to find answers and the product as a service just works. Ordering new numbers is easy and setting users and having the ability to integrate with SSO and control department access is a huge plus. Cons: Having to create a workaround for email notifications to a group since numbers can only be assigned to one user for cost reasons.

We had tried 2 other services and had to remove both because of uptime. Pros: Easy to install Easy to create an API interface Excellent up time Cons: RepliFax did not decode our barcode like a couple of other services. It had a module that we could call.
